EVENT ENDED

You know the feeling. Days that move quickly and land nowhere. A calendar that belongs to everyone
else. A quiet sense that you have drifted from something, without ever deciding to.
Most of us do not avoid the question because we do not care. We avoid it because there has never been
room to ask it.
Where Am I Now? is five hours to make that room.
It is deliberately small — six people, one afternoon, in a quiet space in BGC. There is no workshop to
keep up with, no framework to master, and nothing to perform. You arrive as you are, you put the week
down, and you leave with a clearer sense of where you actually stand.
The afternoon moves through three practices, in a sequence designed to open gently and close
completely.
Art4Healing® — Release
We begin with your hands, not your head. Art4Healing® is a facilitated creative practice that gives form to
what has not found words yet. There is no skill required and nothing you make is interpreted or judged.
The point is not the artwork. The point is what surfaces while you make it — things that thinking harder
would never have reached.
Facilitated by Annaliza Laxamana, Certified Art4Healing® Facilitator.
Life Mapping — Realign
Then we make sense of what came up. Life Mapping is a guided reflection across the areas of your life as
they are right now — not as they should be. What is full. What is empty. What you have been carrying
that is not yours. What you want to move toward. This is not goal-setting. It is orientation: knowing where
you are before deciding where to go.
Sound Healing — Rest
We close lying down. A Tibetan sound and vibration bowl session brings the nervous system down after
the reflective work, so that what opened during the afternoon has time to settle. You do not leave this
retreat raw. You leave rested.
Facilitated by Heaven Scent, Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Practitioner and Somatic Sound Resonance practitioner.
Five hours of facilitation with two practitioners.
All Art4Healing® materials.
Merienda and refreshments throughout.
Your Life Mapping workbook to take home.
A group capped at six, so no one is a spectator.

businesses across events, marketing and hospitality. She built NaHeal after recognising how many
capable people were quietly running on empty — and how little of the wellness industry was actually built
for them.
Heaven Scent
A trauma-informed mindfulness practitioner and Tibetan sound and vibration bowl facilitator, devoted to
nervous system regulation, deep rest and embodied healing. Through Somatic Sound Resonance she
offers gentle, body-based sound practices that let the mind breathe and the body rest — without force.
