At NaHeal, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By “Personal Information, we mean information about you, where you are, or information that could identify you, such as your name, contact details, your wellness arrangements and purchase history and information about your access to our websites.
As a wellness platform, we need to collect Personal Information about our customers. We need to use and share this information to offer the best possible wellness and to keep our customers and employees safe and secure. We also need to protect the Personal Information you entrust us with.

- Naheal and its affiliates (collectively or individually, “Naheal”, “we” or “us”) take your privacy seriously. Depending on your location, the Naheal entity controlling your personal data will be Naheal you may contract with that may also control your personal data.
- 1.2. Where applicable, this Privacy Notice should be read in conjunction with the Country-Specific Riders for your jurisdiction as set out in Section 12 below.
- 1.3. In the course of you using Naheal’s applications and websites (both web and mobile versions), as well as products, information, functions and other services operated by Naheal, we will be collecting, using, disclosing, storing and/or processing data, including your personal data. In this Privacy Notice, Platform shall refer to all relevant applications and websites (both web and mobile versions), and Services shall refer to all products, information, functions and services provided by Naheal from time to time at the Platform(s).

This Privacy Notice exists to keep you in the know about how we collect, use, disclose, store and/or process the data we collect and receive during the course of providing the Services or access to the Platform to you, our user, whether or not you have registered to use our Platform as a buyer or a seller. We will only collect, use, disclose, store and/or process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

It is important that you read this Privacy Notice together with any other applicable notices we may provide for special applications where when we are collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing personal data about you, so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your personal data.

Where permissible under local laws, your continued use of the Services or access to the Platform, including placing Orders (as defined in the Terms of Use) on the Platform, or express consent thereto, following the modifications, updates or amendments to this Privacy Notice (whether or not you have reviewed such document) shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes we make to this Privacy Notice. - 1.7. This Privacy Notice applies in conjunction with other notices, contractual clauses and consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by us and is not intended to override them unless we state expressly otherwise.
- 1.8. All of these terms apply to Naheal’s users, whether or not the users have created an account as buyers and/or sellers, unless otherwise stated specifically to apply only to buyers or only to sellers.

NaHeal collects personal information to provide and improve our platform’s services for users, practitioners, vendors, and wellness centers/retreats. The types of information we collect include:
1.1. Personal Identification Information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Address
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Payment Information (e.g., credit/debit card details)
1.2. Account Information:
- Username and password
- Profile information (for practitioners and partners/vendors, including service descriptions, certifications, qualifications)
1.3. Usage Data:
- Information about how you interact with our platform (e.g., search preferences, bookings, purchases)
- Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, device type)
- Location data (if you allow access to location services)
1.4. Communication Information:
- Correspondence via email, chat, or other communication methods through the platform
- Feedback or reviews provided on services or products
- How We Use Your Information
NaHeal uses the information we collect for the following purposes:
2.1. To Provide and Improve Services:
- To facilitate user interactions with practitioners, vendors, wellness centers, and retreats
- To process bookings, orders, and transactions
- To verify identities and ensure compliance with platform rules
2.2. Communication and Notifications:
- To send you information about your account, bookings, services, and transactions
- To respond to customer inquiries and provide customer support
- To send updates, promotions, and marketing messages (you can opt out of these communications at any time)
2.3. Personalization:
- To tailor content, recommendations, and advertisements based on user preferences
- To improve user experience by analyzing trends and user behavior on the platform
2.4. Security and Compliance:
- To protect NaHeal and our users from fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity
- To comply with legal obligations under Philippine law, including data retention, disclosure requests, and regulatory requirements
- Sharing and Disclosure of Information
NaHeal respects your privacy and will not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data with third parties in the following situations:
3.1. With Practitioners, Vendors, and Wellness Centers:
- When you book services or purchase products through the platform, we may share necessary information (e.g., name, contact information, booking details) with the practitioner, vendor, or retreat/wellness center to facilitate the transaction.
3.2. Service Providers:
- We may share information with third-party service providers who help us with payment processing, data analytics, marketing, or customer support. These service providers are required to protect your information and only use it for specific functions related to NaHeal.
3.3. Legal Compliance and Protection:
- We may disclose your personal information to authorities or regulators if required by law, to protect the safety and security of our platform, or in response to legal processes such as subpoenas or court orders.
3.4. Business Transfers:
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of NaHeal’s assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any changes in ownership or use of your personal information.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
4.1. Right to Access:
- You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and request details on how we process and use your data.
4.2. Right to Rectification:
- Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Naheal acknowledges your right as a data subject to dispute the inaccuracy or error in your personal information. You may request to correct or complete the same within a reasonable period of time as mandated by the Naheal Policies.
4.3. Right to Erasure:
Naheal may act upon your request as a data subject for the suspension, withdrawal, blocking, removal, or destruction of your personal information in any of the following situations.
(a) Your personal information is:
- incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained;
- used for an unauthorized purpose;
- no longer necessary for the purpose(s) for which they were collected; or
- concerns private information that is prejudicial to you, unless justified by freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press, or otherwise authorized (in such case, Cebu Pacific may deny the request);
(b) The data subject objects to the processing, and there are no other applicable lawful criteria for processing; (c) The processing is unlawful; or (d) Your rights as a data subject are violated.
You can exercise this right through any of the following. Any of the below methods follows procedures that will require you to verify your identity and subject to the submission of supporting documents.
4.4. Right to Data Portability:
- You may request a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transfer that data to another data controller if technically feasible.
4.5. Right to Object:
- As a data subject, Naheal recognizes that you can object to the processing of your personal information or to automated decision-making based on your personal information. You may also request from Naheal to suspend such processing. The processing however should be based on your consent or legitimate interest of Naheal. Your right to object shall be subject to processing pursuant to a subpoena, contractual purposes, or a result of a legal obligation.
4.6. Right to Lodge a Complaint:
- If you believe that your personal information has been misused or that your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) in the Philippines.
- Data Retention
NaHeal will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you choose to close your account, we will retain only the information necessary for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. We will cease to retain your personal data by securely disposing of the same, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you through anonymisation, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purposes for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for any legal or business purpose.
- Security of Your Information
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes:

NaHeal uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. We use cookies to:

Upon your acceptance of the third party service provider’s or our affiliate’s service offering, the collection, use, disclosure, storage, transfer and processing of your data (including your personal data and any data disclosed by us to such third party service provider or affiliate) shall be subject to the applicable privacy notice of the third party service provider or our affiliate, which shall be the data controller of such data. You agree that any queries or complaints relating to your acceptance or use of the third party service provider’s or our affiliate’s services shall be directed to the party named in the applicable privacy notice

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
