She didn’t arrive here with a perfect plan. She arrived here through love, loss, and fire.
It began with love, and then with loss.
Long before there was a name, a logo, or a vision board — there was love, and then there was loss.
I was deeply close to my father. Losing him to kidney failure broke me in ways I didn’t know were possible. I cried like I had never cried before. Our family showed up for him, each in our own way — but the grief I carried after he was gone was mine to walk through.
And I am still walking through it. Even now, healing is still part of my daily life. But I have come to understand that this is not a wound to hide — it is the very heart of my mission. Because I know what it feels like to lose someone you love completely, and to have to find your way back to yourself.
That journey sent me to Hawaii. Alone. Searching. And it was there, in the stillness of nature, that I began to find my way back.

Founder & CEO
A dream that refused to stay quiet.
When I returned from Hawaii, something had shifted permanently in me. I couldn’t go back to life as it was. A vision began to take shape — quietly at first, like a seed finding its way through soil.
The seed of what would become NaHeal was planted as far back as 2018 — a quiet but persistent vision of creating spaces where people could come to pause, breathe, and heal. Not just physically. But emotionally, spiritually, and deeply within themselves.
I shared that dream with a community in the United States in 2019, and even then, the response told me I wasn’t alone in this longing. People were hungry for it. They were carrying the same weight I once carried — and they were searching for a place to put it down.
The joy and excitement I felt while mapping it all out told me everything I needed to know. This was not just a business idea.
This was my purpose.
Building NaHeal broke me open.
In the last quarter of 2024, I made the decision to build a complete team. I invested millions. I secured an office space. I hired people I believed in — bringing in support for the people I was already pouring into, the ones closest to me and this vision. I paid them well. I trusted them deeply.
It fell apart.
Betrayal. Broken trust. A mess I didn’t see coming. There were days I sat with so much heartache I couldn’t see forward. So many tears. So much doubt.
And the hardest part? I had done this before. Thirty-two years ago, I built my first company from nothing — no capital, no connections, just belief and hard work. That company still stands today. So why was this so different? Why was this so hard?
Because NaHeal isn’t just a business.
It is my calling.
In the middle of the pain, I stopped trying to figure it out on my own. I got still. I prayed. I asked — is this really my mission? Is this truly what I am here for?
And the answer that came back was the same every single time.
Yes.
That answer is what kept me standing. Not the investment. Not the office. Not the team. Just that quiet, unshakeable knowing that this is what I am meant to do — the same knowing I felt at my father’s side, in the stillness of nature in Hawaii, and in front of that community in 2019 when I first spoke this dream out loud.
I did not give up.
Not because it got easier. But because I believe — with everything in me — that when one person comes back to themselves, it creates a ripple. One that transforms lives, families, and entire communities.
I want to help people reconnect — to their inner peace, to their sense of purpose, to the joy of living intentionally and fully. Whether you are a professional navigating the demands of a fast-paced life, someone quietly searching for deeper meaning, or a practitioner called to guide others toward wellbeing — there is a place for you here.
NaHeal was born as a living community — a gathering place for heart-led healers, wellness practitioners, coaches, and those who carry this mission in their souls. A space where aligned people, soul-driven programs, and intentional service come together — so that every person who arrives leaves feeling more whole, more grounded, and more alive in their own wellbeing.
I believe we cannot do this alone. That is why I choose community. When I gather with others who share the same intention — hearts open, souls aligned — I don’t just find support, I find belonging. And in that belonging, healing multiplies.
I have walked through grief, through healing, through fire to be here. And I want to walk alongside you as you find your own way back to yourself.
This is NaHeal. This is my why.
And this mission — I believe we will achieve it together.
If any part of this story lives in you too — you are already home.
NaHeal exists for you. One soul at a time.
‘
We would love to walk alongside you — whether you are seeking personal renewal, or looking to bring intentional wellbeing into your team and organization.
Take the first step, gently.
Because when people feel well within — they lead better, love deeper, and live with greater purpose. That is the ripple we believe in. And that is the world we are building together, one soul at a time.
