Flexeclass English Academy | Erika Yoga and Pilates offers online English courses to students as far as Chile. During the pandemic, Erika introduced an innovation called Learn English through Movement—a specially designed chair yoga and pilates program for ESL and EFL learners. This holistic approach has since been widely embraced by schools worldwide, combining language acquisition with mindful movement.
