My path to the mat was born out of a profound personal hurdle. Years ago, I faced debilitating anxiety that made even the thought of a regular workday overwhelming. Through two years of dedicated therapy and medical support, I began to rebuild. In 2016, pure curiosity led me to my first yoga class. What began as a fascination with the physical capabilities of the human body quickly evolved into a deeper calling. Yoga became the anchor that made me feel entirely grounded, connected, and transformed. As a teacher and guide, I emphasize the dual nature of the practice: attending a class is an outward projection of community connectivity, while a solo practice is a profound inward journey toward the self. I strive to safely guide my students to challenge their boundaries while mindfully respecting their body’s limitations. Guided by the pillars of contentment and gratitude, my teaching is a reminder that while life is a roller coaster, we have the power to steer it with peace, simplicity, and joy.
